State of Rhode Island
As Rhode Island’s central agency for economic development and infrastructure financing, the agency tackles everything from water projects to brownfield redevelopment. To enhance engagement with municipalities, businesses, and homeowners, Acuta Digital developed an ADA-compliant portal featuring lead management and strategic marketing solutions designed to better serve stakeholder needs.
Catholic Community Services
A 75+ year old not-for-profit, serving over 2,000 persons through its 17 programs had significant identity and workflow challenges. Acuta was selected to architect a digital strategy plan that ranged from brand development to web solutions that empowers donors, clients, employees and other stakeholders.
Workforce Buffalo
Buffalo and Erie County Workforce Investment Board (BECWIB) provides career development services for veterans, the disabled, youth, et al. As a result of scattered program websites, brand confusion and lack of relevant tools, we rebranded BECWIB to Workforce Buffalo and created a consolidated web platform database-driven system.
Interstate Environmental Commission
The nation’s oldest water and air pollution agency had significant concerns about brand dilution and the inability for users to easily find key data. Our solution included brand restructuring, data visualization tools, and a user-focused publication platform housing scientific reports dating back to the 1930s.
United Way of New York City
For more than 80 years, the United Way of New York City has been dedicated to serving low-income residents by improving their access to quality education and opportunities for healthier and financially stable lives. To bolster their e-fundraising efforts, United Way enlisted Acuta to provide expert online marketing consultancy services.
The George Washington University
GWU and its partners, embarked on a mission to enhance healthcare quality in underserved cities and to bolster models for national healthcare reform. To support this initiative, Acuta was chosen to provide technical consultancy support that ensured the security of data being collected from the healthcare community.
Pennsylvania Dept. of Transportion
By way of a multi-year web development and infrastructure support plan, Acuta partnered with the the Department of Transportation and key specialists, to serve as web master for the Safe Route to School program that encourages safe and healthy environments for children commuting to school.
Pennsylvania Gaming Commission Board
As the Commonwealth’s agency that manages legalized gaming, the Board realized there was a critical need to improve public transparency, access to data, and market community impact. As a result, we launched one of the country’s leading gaming commission web platforms that offers persuasive infographics, complaint filing system, and a host of custom developed APIs pulling data from disparate systems.
Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority
Acuta is delivering one of the county’s largest multi-modal authority roll-outs to address NFTA’s network of airports and bus & rail system UX challenges. Our solution consists of an over-arching brand focused on disabled and mobile users, data systems, strategic marketing and tools that inform the public.
Nation Cued Speech Association
Focused on advocating and supporting the deaf and hard of hearing community, NCSA was seeking to address marketing and operational challenges. We rolled out a multi-level discovery and strategy process yielding targeting marketing deliverables, user-friendly provider directory, donor management system and user reporting tools.
City of Albany, New York
The City embarked on a major capital project effort with the objective of better engaging the local workforce and M/WBE companies. To help bolster the reach of economic opportunity and streamline workflows, we created a brand that marketed inclusiveness and web platform business application platform, an intranet community that granted external users access to tools and information.
National Assn. of Community Health Centers
As a healthcare advocate focused serving under-served regions, NACHC partnered with Acuta to develop one of the country’s first Protocol for Responding to and Assessing Patients’ Assets, Risks, and Experiences (PRAPARE) platforms.
